Nice try, bro. But all the cool Mario videos in the world won't distract us from the fact that we are so incredibly angry over the news that the Legend of Zelda title for the Wii U is being delayed 100 years!*

*actually only a couple months, probably

We think Nintendo is behind this video of 1996's Super Mario 64 getting a HD makeover going viral on the Internet so people will talk about how awesome it is instead of how frustrated and stressed we are over the Zelda push-back announcement. We won't see any footage at E3, either! This is a travesty on par with Zayn Malik leaving One Direction. Yeah, we said it. Sure, it means that they just want to make this game perfect and we will eventually appreciate that, but seriously Nintendo?!

And that's the end of our nonsensical and pretty off-topic rant.

Anyway, check out this beautiful video created by computer science student Erik Roystan Ross, because Mario's glorious mustache deserves to be seen in HD.
