It's only Monday—but we think we've officially found the most swoon-worthy photo of the week.

Ryan Reynolds took to Twitter today to share a pic of himself at the gym posing with a sweet young fan, and somehow, the 38-year-old stud manages to make the photo both adorable and sexy, thanks to those bulging biceps he can't help but flaunt.

We'll take two tickets to the gun show, please!

"This stud out-benched me in the gym Sunday. Nice meeting you Adley," the new dad, who welcomed his first child shortly before the New Year, captioned the pic, proving he's a pro when it comes to kids.

The Green Lantern star has beefed up his bod for his role in the forthcoming Deadpool film in which he will play the fictional anti-hero made famous by Marvel Comics.

Last week, the actor shared the first photo of himself in his skin-tight costume, and no surprise, he's looking mighty fine.

"With great power, comes great irresponsibility," he wrote of the pic, parodying a famous line from Spider-Man. "#deadpool #officialsuit @deadpoolmovie."

The image is also a spoof of a famous 1972 Cosmopolitan nude centerfold photo of another Reynolds—Burt Reynolds, which Ryan also tweeted.

And apparently, the actor's wife Blake Lively couldn't resist getting in on the fun.

"Now for this week's WHO WORE IT BETTER... Reynolds vs Reynolds I vote for a reshoot:wearing only the mask. #Deadpool #RyanReynoldsRocksMySocks #CanSomeonePleaseGiveThatBearABreak," she captioned a split shot of the pics.

Ya hear that, Mr. Reynolds? We're big fans of your wife's idea.

Hot bod aside, the actor also responded via Twitter to a fan on Monday who inquired about the film's rating.

Asked if the movie is going to be rated R or PG-13, Reynolds replied, "I want #Deadpool to be R. Always have. Fighting the good fight still. Lotta yelling today."
