Jill Duggar is not just sitting around, relaxing and putting her feet up while waiting for her first baby to arrive, no no...she's keeping busy!

The 23-year-old 19 Kids and Counting Star, who is four days past her March 24 due date, on Saturday brought her baby bump to a church's thrift shop, where she and hubby Derick Dillard did some volunteer work.
