Nick Jonas is ready to rock! E! News can exclusively reveal that the 22-year-old singer-songwriter will perform live at the Radio Disney Music Awards on Apr. 25.

Jonas will take the stage inside Los Angeles' famous Nokia Theatre L.A. Live.

"Radio Disney has supported Nick along the incredible journey of his musical career," Phil Guerini, Vice President, Programming and General Manager, Radio Disney, tells E! News in an exclusive statement. "We are delighted to showcase his latest evolution as a solo artist on the Radio Disney Music Awards stage."

The "Chains" singer joins previously announced performer Becky G.

Jonas is nominated in two categories, including He's the One — Best Male Artist, with Ed Sheeran and Pharrell Williams. The musician's hit "Jealous" is in the running for for XOXO — Best Crush Song. Sabrina Carpenter's "Can't Blame a Girl for Trying" and One Direction's "Steal My Girl" are Jonas' competition.

This is the first year that Jonas has been nominated as a solo artist. In 2006, the Jonas Brothers scored Best Group, Best Group Made of Brothers/Sisters and Best Video That Rocks ("Year 3000") nominations, but unfortunately, they didn't win.

Jonas starred in two Disney Channel Original Movies, 2008's Camp Rock and 2010's Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. Along with his brothers, Kevin Jonas and Joe Jonas, he also starred in the network's series JONAS/Jonas L.A. from 2009 to 2010.

Last Week, Radio Disney announced that K.C. Undercover actress Zendaya Coleman will host the show. "We're going to have a great show…a lot of fun and get to watch amazing performances, so I'm very, very excited," the Disney Channel star, 18, said in a statement. "Plus, I'm nominated again for artist with the best style (You're So Fancy!–Artist With The Best Style), so I better wear a good outfit!"

"On stage and off, Zendaya brings intelligence, thoughtfulness and honesty—and an effortless cool factor—to everything she does, all qualities that are appreciated by generations of kids and tweens, and especially their parents," Guerini said in a statement. "We join her legion of fans in welcoming her back to the RDMA stage."

Presenters will be announced at a later date.

In addition to Jonas, this year's nominees include 5 Seconds of Summer, Charli XCX, Fifth Harmony, Ariana Grande, Maroon 5, Sam Mendes, MKTO, Olly Murs, R5, Taylor Swift, Meghan Trainor, The Vamps, Demi Lovato and many more.

Before the big event, Radio Disney is also hosting an event at Typhoon Lagoon in Orlando, Fla., Apr. 4. Hosted by Brooke Taylor, it will feature performances by Alex Angelo and the Fooo Conspiracy, Jacquie Lee and Sweet Suspense.

Walt Disney Records will release a 15-track compilation album on Apr. 21.

Additionally, a 90-minute TV special will air Disney Channel Apr. 26 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
