Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus really knows how to make lemonade out of lemons.

After having not one, not two but five teeth pulled Wednesday, the "Wrecking Ball" singer decided she would keep one as a souvenir! She posted a pic on Instagram of her latest creation, which features one of her teeth on a beaded necklace. The colorful piece of jewelry includes stars, flowers and other brightly colored beads.

"Made Meeeeesahhhh @waynecoyne5 #dirtyhippie necklace with my realllll life tooooof in it that's some exclusive a$$ DUDE NOW YIEW CAN CLONE ME," she captioned the pic.

What's debatably more notable, however, is not that she chose to model her "exclusive" accessory; it's how she showed it off to her posing topless! The picture is a close up of her bare-chested décolletage in all of its cleavage glory.

Wayne Coyne, frontman of the Flaming Lips, also posted the photo after she uploaded it. The "We Can't Stop" singer obviously wanted to show off her special piece of jewelry because she posted another pic of it, but this time she used Photoshop to make a collage that also included Coyne.

She cropped her head onto the body of another woman and cropped the guitarist onto the body of another man, who seems to be putting her new necklace around her neck. She kept the caption simple, tagging only Coyne.

At least we know she's doing much better now! She had previously Instagrammed a selfie after the surgery and captioned it, "Save me. F--king mizzy." But with the help of some pals and her mom, Tish Cyrus, she was able to overcome the pain and swelling. The one person who was mysteriously absent from the pics, however, was boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger!

But despite rumors to the contrary, the couple is still very much together and were even spotted kissing and hugging while out to a sushi dinner, which was capped off with a trip to Pinkberry.
