If you've ever wondered what a pregnant lady looks like after her due fate, the 19 Kids and Counting star's hubby Derick Dillard posted on his Instagram page Friday a photo of his glowing wife two days after the day she was supposed to welcome their first child. Looking studious in a pair of glasses and flashing a radiant smile, the 23-year-old reality star showed off her baby bump with a chalkboard reading, "40 weeks, 2 days."
"I wonder if #babydilly will decide to come on the one year anniversary of my engagement to @jillmdillard this weekend," he wrote.
A source told E! News Jill is "very relaxed," adding, "She feels really good. She is really excited about the baby and they are all ready to go."

Derick Dillard (@derick4Him) March 24, 2015Jill, the first married daughter of Michelle Duggar and Jim Bob Duggar, was supposed to welcome her and Dillard's baby, a boy, on Tuesday and has said she anticipates giving birth late. She and her hubby, who got engaged on March 29, 2014 and wed the following June, have shared similar baby bump photos documenting her progress in her pregnancy.
The two have nicknamed the child, a boy, "Baby Dilly." Earlier this week, Jill shared a photo of the proud father-to-be posing next to the baby car seat he installed in their vehicle.
The child will be the fourth grandkid for her parents, who have three (and one on the way) from her big brother Josh Duggar and his wife Anna Duggar.
