The 30-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians showed skin in a white cage mini dress, similar to outfits previously worn by her sisters, while hosting a bash at the1 OAK Nightclub at the Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas on Friday night.
Kim Kardashian, 34, wore a black cage dress in Paris earlier this month. Model Kendall Jenner, 19, donned a similar look while walking the runway at a Balmain fashion show in the French capital last year.
Khloé's dress, which hugged her signature curves, contained shimmery, sheer mesh panels that showed off what appeared to be a silver bra and high-waisted underwear. She paired the look with nude, pointed heels and wore her honey blond hair loose, with her locks cascading in shiny waves over her shoulders.
The reality star has been working out at the gym regularly over the past few months and her hard work has definitely paid off!
"My gorgeous hair and make-up was done by @1maryphillips and @jenatkinhair!! I love you ladies!!!" Khloé said on her Instagram page.
The reality star, who traveled to Las Vegas with several friends, posted several photos of her trip.
"I love my girls!!!" she wrote. "I got some dope ass friends...Inside and out."
