After announcing her engagement last weekend, Bristol Palin is already on the hunt for a newlywed nest.

The 24-year-old is listing her Wasilla, Alaska home for $549,000. The former Dancing with the Stars contestant purchased the home back in 2011, and has since lived in the cozy 3-bedroom home with her son Tripp Johnston between brief stints in California and Arizona.

With stunning mountain views and its picturesque lakeside location, the 3,200 sq. ft. foot home received a total face lift in 2013. The soon-to-be Mrs. Dakota Meyer renovated the property from head to toe, giving it a sophisticated contemporary edge from the renovated kitchen to the lux master bedroom.

The young mother has yet to announce where she'll be relocating, but no doubt she'll be moving in with her 26-year-old fiancé, a Marine sergeant and recipient of the Medal of Honor. But if the two lovebirds do leave Wasilla, they'll also be moving away from Bristol's momma Sarah Palin. What's more, Levi Johnston, the father of Bristol's 6-year-old son, also calls Wasilla home. But regardless of where the new little family will move, one thing's certain: Tripp's future stepdad cannot wait to begin his new life as part of the Palin clan.

"I feel like Bristol and Tripp have given me a new lease on life, and I can hardly wait to share it with them," Meyer gushed to NBC News. He added on his Facebook page, "I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with her and Tripp. For the first time in a long time I can honestly say the best is yet to come! Thanks to everyone for your words of kindness and support. It means a ton to us."
