File this under something I never thought I'd write about—Jimmy Kimmel's penis surgery.
You see, the late-night talk show host mentioned during a panel at South by Southwest over the weekend that the hole in his private part once closed up.
Yes, closed up.
I wouldn't be doing my job if I didn't ask Kimmel about it yesterday when I caught up with him from the SXSW set of Jimmy Kimmel Live.
"It just kind of closed up on it's own," he explained. "I don't know why it happened. I still don't know why."
It took two surgeries to fix the unusual problem.
"The guy said, 'Your urethra's closing up and you need it operated on,' and they did," Kimmel recalled. "And then they said, 'Yeah, we didn't get it, it didn't quite work. We need to do it again.' And they did it again."
"I'm a real pee hole," Kimmel cracked, before adding, "It's a horrible process by the way—a horrible horrible process."
We can only imagine.
Kimmel is doing his show all week from SXSW. Guests include Kanye West, Matthew McConaughey, Brad Paisley, Tony Romo, Kevin Hart, Willie Nelson and more.
And we'll have more about Jimmy Kimmel Live later on. In the meantime, make sure to check out E! News tonight at 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. for more SXSW scoop.
