Finally!
It's safe to say Bella Thorne is pretty excited about finally developing boobs before she turns 18. "I've always been flat-chested," The Duff star tells the latest issue of Teen Vogue. "It is only this year, at 17, that I started to develop boobs. I mean, finally!"
Prior to getting breasts, the gorgeous teen star was involved in a hilarious situation while filming one of her movies. "I was working on a film, and they wanted me to look older. The wardrobe person was like, 'Put padding in your bra.' I'm walking on set. The director picked something off the ground and—in front of everyone—he goes, 'I think this fell out.' I was mortified. It was literally a pad from my bra."
Speaking of embarrassing moments, Thorne had one during her Teen Vogue interview.
"It's my New Year's resolution to drink more water," she told the mag while waiting for her sister Kaili to bring her a jalapeño-cheese bagel with capers, onions, cucumbers and jalapeño cream cheese. "I love my jalapeños."
Without missing a beat, her mother yelled from the other room,"You sound like a basic bitch!"
