E! News confirms the Dancing With the Stars alum and fiancé Jason Adelman have called off their engagement just a few months after announcing that the duo planned to wed.
We reported that Adelman proposed to the brunette beauty in January, and although no details surrounding how he popped the question were revealed, E! News learned from an insider that Adelman gave her a stunning Martin Katz ring. The gorgeous bling was said to be an emerald-cut diamond that weighed in at just under 5 carats—which would normally range from $100,000 to $300,000.
Smirnoff has not publicly addressed the news, and instead focused on promoting her latest business venture on social media.
Posing with radio hosts from The Heidi & Frank Show, she wrote on Instagram yesterday, "Had so much fun on @HeidiandFrank just now! What an amazing fun show! @frankArmy @HeidiHamilton @955KLOS #werejustnotthatintoyou."
Smirnoff was previously engaged to her DWTS colleague Maksim Chmerovskiy in 2008, but the two split just a year later. Then, in 2010, she revealed that she was engaged to baseball star Brad Penny, but duo broke up later on the following year.
