On the upcoming series The Royals, which stars Elizabeth Hurley as Queen Helena and is centered around the lives of a fictional modern-day monarchy, one of the things that will definitely catch your eye is the fashion. From Queen Helena's elegant designer ensembles to Prince Cyrus' flamboyant and colorful outfits, there is never a dull moment fashionwise.
But what about the real-life British royals?
As it turns out, they've got quite a few tricks up their sleeves as well when it comes to making bold fashion statements. Queen Elizabeth has gained quite the reputation for her colorful outfit choices while Kate Middleton has earned herself a following of fashion devotees when it comes to her choice in clothing.
