Watch: Gigi Hadid Talks Bestie Kendall Jenner

Even the most experienced still get a little nervous when it's time to shine!

Even though she already hit some of the hottest runways during New York Fashion Week, Gigi Hadid tells E! News exclusively that each fashion show can still be nerve-wracking, especially because she doesn't always have her friends around for support. Thankfully, she says, "It gets easier with every show."

"There's a community of girls that you see almost every day," she adds.

But that "community" can change on the regular, which means she doesn't always get to see BFF Kendall Jenner all the time. Hadid dishes that because the models aren't typically allowed to talk about what shows they're walking in, they have to be little detectives to figure out who they might see that day.

"We kind of figured out by going to a fitting and you see on the board that your friends are going to be there, so it's kind of fun to figure it out and be sneaky," she reveals.

Gigi admits that when they do eventually figure out that they'll be working together, she and Kendall try to "have tea and a little catch up" session right before a show. So what makes these two connect in such a special way? Their jobs, of course!

"I think Kendall and I have a really good friendship in the sense that we have different career paths but we're both kind of on equal points in our careers where we really understand each other," she explains.

Although the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has been rumored to be bullied by some other models during her various runway gigs, Gigi tells us, "She's really good about negative stuff."

"I think that she's grown up in the spotlight so she knows how to handle it," she adds.

Although bullying rumors swirled, especially after some evidence showing model Lexi Boling making mean comments about a picture of Kendall on Instagram surfaced, Boling told E! News via her rep that she didn't mean them.

"I wasn't thinking and made a silly comment. Kendall's had a killer NYFW. A big congrats to her!" she said.

Keeping Up With the Kardashians Season 10 premieres March 15 at 9 p.m. only on E!
