Cindy Crawford, No Makeup

UPDATE: Photographer John Russo tells E! News:

"An image of Cindy Crawford taken by me for the December 2013 edition of Marie Claire Mexico was stolen or otherwise unlawfully accessed, and then maliciously altered and distributed to the media. It has been falsely claimed that this photograph represents an un-retouched image of Cindy Crawford. This is not true. It is a fraudulent, altered version of my photograph. I am grateful that this fact has been brought to the public’s attention and that corrections are being run in the media."

Cindy Crawford's still got it.

The supermodel stepped out in Malibu on Feb. 26—less than a week after her 49th birthday—looking fresh and au naturel for an errand run. During the outing, Crawford appeared comfortable in a casual-chic look that featured a loose-fitting tee, denim and an unfussy 'do, which she wore pulled back with a pair of brown oversize sunglasses.

If you're wondering how Cindy keeps her skin looking so youthful in her late forties, well, she'll tell ya! The star opened up to The Violet Files in October about her non-secret secret to keeping fresh-faced near 50.

"The secret is that there is no secret," she said. "Do all the stuff we know: Don't smoke, get enough sleep, drink plenty of water, find what makes you happy."

In an odd twist, the brunette beauty has reportedly threatened legal action in defense of her natural appearance when a Photoshopped picture of her body circulated on social media. The kicker? The shot, which Crawford claims to be altered, was originally passed around as an "un-retouched" photo. E! News reached out to Crawford's rep, who declined to comment.

The photographer responsible for the photo in question says the original shot was stolen from him and doctored.

But you don't have to take his word for it: Husband Rande Gerber posted a sexy bikini shot of Crawford to Instagram on Valentine's Day sans any retouching, proving the mom-of-two's midriff is still as tight as ever.
