If you've been keeping up with Khloé Kardashian, then you're well aware that the 30-year-old beauty is looking better than ever.

The E! star has been regularly hitting the gym (often while wearing skin-tight workout pants) and clearly, her hard work has paid off as the brunette stunner is not only super-skinny, but she's also crazy fit.

On Friday, Khloé took to Twitter to flaunt her toned and trim figure (those abs, girl!) while taking a look back at her fitness journey. But that wasn't all she had to share! She also posted a flashback pre-weight loss photo of herself, detailing her long road to loving her body in addition to sharing tips for hitting the gym and shedding those pounds.

"My fitness journey will be a life long journey," she captioned an ultra-slim selfie in which she's flaunting her flat tummy. "Fitness is not about being better than someone else… It's about being better than you used to be.

"I'm not where I want to be and who knows if I ever will be," she continued, adding, "But I am healthier than ever and due to my consistent workouts, I am slowly seeing results. Hi baby abs!! I see you!!! I hope to meet your other ab friends soon (yes I'm talking to my muscles. I've never met most of them before)."

It's no secret that Khloé has been working her butt off in the gym (she's photographed going to and from almost daily) and her intense workouts have noticeably transformed her figure. "Khloé is always trying to get better," her trainer Gunnar Peterson, previously told E! News. "She's not obsessed or a crazy lady about it, it's just about the work. [She] has her head down. She's got a steady work ethic and there's no over analysis."

Khloe's consistant workouts have also helped the star develop a healthy body image, embracing fitness as a "form of therapy," instead of simply a weight loss tool.

"Looking back at pictures of myself I didn't realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was," she captioned the pic-framed photo, which featured a throwback image in which she is visibly heavier. "People love to call me the fat one but as weird as it sounds I still don't think I would consider myself fat back then. Definitely overweight and unhealthy, yes."

So, how did she alter her mindset?

"About two years ago I decided to turn to fitness as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever," she wrote. "I started slow and eventually I started working out 4 to 5 days a week. We all have to start somewhere and doing something is better than nothing at all."

As for her advice to others who hope to achieve the same results? "Start small so you don't get discouraged and give up. Remember it is all about consistency," she said. There are no quick fixes if you want long-term results. Working out is a huge part of my life now. I genuinely enjoy sweating out my frustrations and living a healthier life. My workouts are not all about vanity. They are about clarity for my mind and soul. We all have different journeys in life, make sure your journey is for you and you alone."

She concluded by saying, "Remember, in the end, the turtle won the race. Slow and steady. dedication and tenacity."

Props, Khloé. You look amazing!
