60 Minutes' Lara Logan was reportedly rushed to a D.C. area hospital Wednesday.

A source told Page Six the CBS News correspondent was admitted with digestive disease diverticulitis and internal bleeding. A 60 Minutes spokesman told E! News in a statement, "We wish Lara a speedy recovery," but declined to comment on her specific health condition.

A source told Page Six that the 43-year-old journalist's reported condition could have been brought on by stress, adding that Logan is expected to stay in the hospital for at least a few days to recover.

This month has been a difficult one for the 60 Minutes family. On Feb. 11, veteran CBS News journalist Bob Simon was killed in a car crash on New York City's West Side Highway.

CBS Evening News anchor Scott Pelley announced Simon's tragic death on air in a special report. He also tweeted: "One of the great writers of a generation has passed. Bob Simon was a journalist of extraordinary courage."

Tributes poured in from stars and fellow journalists, including Scott Simon, Jeff Daniels, Alyssa Milano and Anderson Cooper, who wrote, "#BobSimon was the best writer, in my opinion, working in broadcast news. I have admired him from the time I was a kid watching #CBSNews."
