So that's what Beyoncé is like in the gym!
The "Drunk in Love" singer gave the Beyhive a sneak peek inside of her intense workouts on Instagram today in honor of Let's Move!'s fifth anniversary.
"Celebrating the 5th anniversary of Let's Move! #GimmieFive @MichelleObama," Bey wrote as a caption to the cute clip.
And between the sit-ups, leg lifts and boxing punches, Jay Z's better half was certainly wasting no time getting into tip-top shape!
Back in February 2010, Michelle Obama launched the Let's Move! Initiative—which aims to fight the childhood obesity epidemic by educating kids on a healthy lifestyle.
The initiative stated that its mission was to solve "the challenge of childhood obesity within a generation so that children born today will reach adulthood at a healthy weight."
The same day that Let's Move! was announced, President Barack Obama signed a presidential memorandum creating the Task Force on Childhood Obesity to review and develop a plan of action.
Beyoncé joined the first lady on her mission shortly thereafter, and a video of her dancing with kids to "Move Your Body" in a school cafeteria quickly went viral.
The singer spoke out about her involvement with the movement (no pun intended!), saying, "I am excited to be part of this effort that addresses a public health crisis. First Lady Michelle Obama deserves credit for tackling this issue directly, and I applaud the NAB Education Foundation for trying to make a positive difference in the lives of our schoolchildren."
Werk it!
