The only thing brighter than the celebrities' smiles at last night's Oscars was the jewelry!

The red carpet was lit up by celebs sporting some major bling. And that caught the attention of The Real Housewives of Miami star Lea Black, who was ready to offer an opinion. From Zoe Saldana's $1 million worth of Neil Lane diamonds to Nicole Kidman wearing nearly $7 million worth in gems, all that bling meant that no star was safe from Black's judgment.

So without further ado, here is Black's verdict on the night's best and worst jewelry looks...

Black called Cate Blanchett's statement necklace a "shame!" "What a missed opportunity," the reality star said, adding that the necklace is "for the rodeo. Not for the Oscars. The shape didn't compliment the dress, [and] turquoise should be worn with white."

"Poor thing!" Black said about Viola Davis, who wore a "V-necklace [and] straight-line dress. [It's] the wrong shape for this dress. Nice enough for a luncheon but not a black-tie Oscar event." Black described  the statement necklace as "barely ordinary, certainly not spectacular," saying "seen these at the Melrose and Fairfax flea market." Ouch!

Looks like Black wasn't a fan of Scarlett Johansson's V-necklace either, saying, that it was a "beautiful piece, but for a cocktail dress or pant suit or jumpsuit. Not sophisticated enough for the Oscars. Love the color." Black even passed down some words of advice for Scarlett saying, "Crystals and beads are for dresses, and diamonds and pearls are for jewelry."

To Laura Dern, she says, "Where's the Titanic? Did we ever find that piece?" Clearly, Black was not a fan of Dern's "zodiac pendant," stating, it's "a lovely artifact—not for the Oscars—unless it's a Congressional medal of honor."

Black says Gwyneth Paltrow's look was "not her favorite but [is] classically safe. These frame her face well," said the so-called "Mayor of Miami." She went on to further state that "no other jewels needed except maybe a small bracelet and large, but simple rock ring."

"The lines of the piece and the way it hangs is perfect for the dress," she said of Faith Hill's look. "The large stones in abundance say: sophisticated, yet the style is understated elegance. Make the statement: Less is more. I'm confident; I wear the jewelry. The jewelry doesn't wear me."

The Bravo star summed up her thoughts by saying Hill's statement piece was "sophistication to the max. Love."

Margot Robbie's statement piece seemed to be Black's favorite one of the night, as the Housewife had nothing bad to say about her tasseled neckpiece. "Gorgeous, stunning, elegant, bold sophisticated statement piece...architectural...design that transcends ordinary! Elegantly chic, divine. love," she said.
