It was a sad weekend for Gleeks.

Glee had its last day of filming ever this weekend and no one was sadder to say goodbye to the set than Lea Michele.

The 28-year-old actress took to Twitter and Instagram the past couple of days to share photos and thoughts about the end of the show. "Last day at Glee tomorrow... It's been the most incredible 6 1/2 years. I'm going to miss Rachel Berry so much," Michele wrote along with a Glee cast photo.

Michele added on Twitter, "We were so lucky to have had the most amazing crew who worked so hard everyday to make the show amazing. I'm so grateful for them this incredibly amazing experience. Thank you so much to all of our amazing Gleeks who supported us so much! I love you guys."

In addition to a bevy of on-set photos from the end of filming, Michele shared a sentimental photo of the one prop she brought home from set to remember her late boyfriend and co-star Cory Monteith. "One last thing," she wrote with a snapshot of herself carrying home Monteith's famous football jersey.

Although Michele was understandably sad about the end of filming, she isn't letting it get her too down. She shared two pics from a hiking trip yesterday writing, "Stay in bed and rest after wrapping Glee? No thanks.. I'd rather climb a mountain! #Happy #LivingTheFitLife."

"How I celebrate a job well done! #Grateful #Proud #Happy," she added.
