Touché, Academy. Touché.

John Travolta and Idina Menzel have returned to the scene of the crime nearly one year after the famous (and kinda hilarious) flub that occurred at last year's Oscars show to present the award for Best Original Song.

Menzel appeared solo before welcoming her good friend, "Glom Gazingo" (otherwise known as John Travolta). The actor walked on stage, got (a little too) close to Idina and while touching her face said, "I deserve that, but you, my darling, my beautiful, my wickedly talented Idina Menzel."

"You got it," she exclaimed, "Not like it's going to follow me around for the rest of my life or anything."

"Yeah, tell me about it," Travolta, er, Gazingo (?) responded.

For those who have somehow forgotten the tale of Adele Dazeem, we'll gladly refresh your memory.

Travolta got up to the microphone at last year's show to introduce Menzel's performance of "Let It Go" from the animated film Frozen, but when it came time to actually say the star's name, he fumbled and pronounced something completely different.

That's when Adele Dazeem was born.

"I've been beating myself up all day," the Be Cool star said in a statement to E! News at the time. "Then I thought...What would Idina Menzel say? She'd say, 'Let it go, let it go!' Idina is incredibly talented and I am so happy Frozen took home two Oscars Sunday night!"

And while viewers still find it hard to completely let it go, Menzel had no problem overlooking his screwup. "He was really gracious and sent this gorgeous email, and we're buddies and it's all cool," she said shortly after it happened.
