It's been a long journey to the 2015 Oscars for Zanna Roberts Rassi.

Hot off the heels of the Grammys, the E! News style correspondent and Marie Claire senior fashion editor jetted off to New York for fashion week. Like any experienced trendsetter knows, it's a magical week that is at both times inspiring and grueling. Think: back-to-back shows, constant wardrobe changes, and after-parties—all in heels. Oh, did we mention the freezing temps? Not cute.

Zanna then flew back for Tom Ford's first-ever West Coast show and then back again for red carpet coverage rehearsals. Needless to say, the New York-based mother of two has racked up the miles and accomplished more in two weeks than many of us do in months.

Even with her busy schedule, there are a few things the editor must absolutely do every single day to keep sane and get ready for life's big events. Whether you're a busybody or a couch potato, you can benefit from most of Zanna's daily cardinal rules.

1. Refresh my mind on all runway trends—fashion, beauty and accessories included.

2. Pat around my eyes for 10 minutes with finger tips to de-puff!

3. Use Crest 3D White Whitestrips daily whilst busying around. My entire face lifts by having a brighter smile.

4. Go to Beach Bum tanning salon for a fake glow.

5. Play with my 10-month old twin girls. It alleviates stress and keeps things in perspective!

6. Pull jewelry—accessories can always improve an outfit. I visit my friends at Colette, Jacob & Co or Simon G jewelry for some big day bling!

7. Steer away from salty foods and avoid the bloat!
