Looks like Kesha is adding another title to her ever-growing resume: actress.

"I'm trying to get into acting. I've been taking acting classes and really getting into it and it's really hard," the 27-year-old singer told E! News at the Timo Weiland runway show on Thursday night at New York Fashion Week. "I don't know if you know about it—it can be embarrassing," she added of improv techniques.

"Comedic would be great but I also like the challenge of doing something dramatic because it's so opposite of my personality," the TiK ToK singer continued, "So hopefully you'll be seeing me in something."

Kesha was dressed in her signature showy style for her chat with E! News, rocking diamond-encrusted cat-eye shades and a pink leather jacket while also opening up about her forthcoming new music.

"I've been writing new music like crazy," the blond beauty shared. "I sleep and dream in music."

Asked whether any part of her recent personal hardships will be addressed in her songs—in October 2014, Kesha sued her producer Dr. Luke for sexual assault and battery—she replied, "Everything. I write all my own music, I don't know if you know that. It's like my therapy, so I've been writing about everything I've been going through."

Dr. Luke, whose real name is (Lukasz Gottwald), filed his own lawsuit in response, claiming Kesha's allegations were "defamatory" and untrue.

"You'll definitely hear about it on my next record," the "Die Young" singer said.
