HealthAlison Sweeney is still getting used to things after ending her 21-year stint playing Sami Brady on Days of Our Lives.
"This is the first really big change I've had in a long time," she shared with Health magazine. "Change makes me a little nervous."
The mother of two stuns in an all-white outfit—sans bra!—on the cover of the mag, and opens up further about how she's been spending her days since leaving the soap last May.
Sweeney dished that she's getting used to being "able to sleep in once in a while" after having 6 a.m. call times for over two decades.
The Biggest Loser star also shared that playing her, ahem, dramatic character took an enormous amount out of her.
"I miss the challenge of trying to make sense of Sami's crazy behavior," she added. "I worried that it would be weird not to experience all those dramatic emotions every day. But in some ways, I've relaxed because I don't have to keep them so close to the surface all the time."
Sweeney also revealed how she and her husband, Dave Sanov, keep their 15-year marriage going strong.
"Every year on our anniversary, we have a dinner date and talk about how our relationship is going. We kind of give each other a job evaluation, which sounds a little embarrassing!"
She continued, "We talk about our three favorite things about the other person and then three things that we could work on."
Clearly the Sweeney-Sanov tradition has been working!
