As the Glee cutie continues to be head-over-heels in love with boyfriend Matthew Paetz, the actress is revealing her simple-yet-sweet plans for the upcoming holiday.
"Well, we will be working so it's definitely going to be a scary movie and pizza night, which is always what it's been," she told E! News at the 2015 Directors Guild Awards. "I'm totally fine with that."

Well, not every girl is Lea Michele. In recent months, the 28-year-old actress has proven her love and affection for her main man on numerous occasions. And no, a romantic hike like the one on Sunday morning doesn't count.
In December, Michele stopped by the Shamrock Social Club in West Hollywood with Paetz to get tattoos together.
Just a few weeks later, the twosome traveled to Mexico for a PDA-filled getaway by the beach. Whether walking to dinner or running into the water, the pair couldn't help but get a little touchy in paradise.
And if you needed any more proof that these two are the real deal, E! News learned in September that the pair had officially moved in together.
"It just made sense for them to move in cause they spend so much time with one another," a source disclosed to E! News. "He treats her like a queen."
Another source added, "He treats her really well, he's smart and fun. She's really happy."
