A lot of people are happy about this holiday. Pizza restaurants, for one. But also Macauley Culkin. And why is Macauley Culkin so jazzed about National Pizza Day, you ask? Because he's probably the food's No. 1 fan. He loves 'za so much he even named his band after the stuff.
We're not entirely sure how to describe Pizza Underground, so we'll just say they are a pizza-themed band that plays Velvet Underground covers. That's pretty much all you need to know. As with any kind-of-good-but-very-weird band, Pizza Underground has a Twitter page that is very weird and also kind of funny. They tweet about pop culture and also about pizza (duh!). We're not sure if it's Macauley himself who is writing all the tweets, but it certainly wouldn't surprise us if he was behind the majority.
