Dance like no one's watching. Unless you're at the Grammys.

Sir Paul McCartney is the latest celeb to become a viral sensation...all because he felt the need to get up and dance during ELO's performance at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday night.

The legendary Beatles musician was just minding his own business, clapping and singing along to "Evil Woman"...before realizing the camera right in front of him, with the operator asking him to sit down.

McCartney, 72, quickly obliged. And, just as quickly, the Internet had a field day.

Don't worry, Sir, we totally were clapping along with you at home!

McCartney is set to take the stage later in the night to perform "FourFiveSeconds" with Rihanna and Kanye West

Here's hoping no one gets scolded for getting up and  dancing during the performance!
