Yes ladies and gentleman, he speaks. And how!

Just hours after his viral silence at Super Bowl Media Day, Seattle Seahawks player Marshawn Lynch sat down with E! News for an exclusive interview covering everything from his approach to the big game, what he listens to to get primed for the field, and, of course, what his beloved Mama Lynch thinks of it all. (And this is just the start—check back later today for part two of the exclusive interview!)

Firstly, while it's the second time at the Super Bowl for Lynch and the Seahawks, that doesn't mean he's expecting it to be anything like the previous year. In fact, the Seahawks running back told E! News exclusively that Super Bowl XLIX already feels unfamiliar.

"It actually does [feel different]," the BEASTMODE designer said. "With coming back for the second year, it's almost like it was supposed to be like this. Going into it for the second time around, I just been noticing the little things that I took for granted last year of how special it was to have my whole family there...to actually have them here and spend time with them through all these festivities that are going on."

No matter the outcome of Sunday's game, Lynch's whole family will be there to support him. He told E! News that part of his family is already in Arizona, but the "whole tribe" will be arriving Thursday.

And one particular member of his family will of course be present.

When asked who was most excited for him to be facing off against the New England Patriots, he replied, "My mom for sure!"

Meanwhile, despite all of the fun "festivities," there might be some superstition in the air in terms of how to get ready for the Bowl.

Lynch revealed that because whatever it is he and his team did to prepare for last year's game worked (they defeated the Denver Broncos!), he doesn't want to do anything differently. In fact, he said, "Uh no. Hell no," to changing up their routine, especially when he knows he has all of Seattle cheering them on.

"That's big for us," he said of Seattle fans' support and the 12th Man fan phenomenon. "As a team to know that we got the support of a whole city...It ain't like you got some people in Seattle. If you are in Seattle you are a Seahawk fan."

"You're pretty much a diehard fan, and if you've ever been to one of the games you can tell in the stadium that they rockin' with us 'til the end."

As for what gets Lynch rocking: his pre-game playlist!

"It just depends on what type of mood I'm in," he said of what he listens to to get primed on the field. "Mainly I listen to a lot of guys from back at home...I listen to GQ...Kevin Gates, Snoop...that's more of the bigger names."

And while Lynch is busy on the field, he has his work cut out for him off of it. He is the designer behind BEASTMODE athletic clothes, which sees support from his mom...for now!

"It's [Mama Lynch-approved] until we probably start to get the booty shorts going on!" he said, referring to his mom by her fan nickname. "Nah, I'm joking, but she likes it."

The athlete has also partnered up with football legend Joe Montana's wife, Jennifer Montana, who designed a key necklace to benefit charities.

"We've collaborated with hospitals at home in the Bay Area, and we've partnered with a lot of people trying to make a big difference for a lot of kids," he said. The BEASTMODE key necklaces have been an incredible hit, even selling out at some events, so Lynch is hoping to keep collaborating with the Montanas and other people.

But when he's not designing for BEASTMODE or playing football, he has other activities to keep him occupied.

"I probably kick back with my godkids," he told us. "That's what I'm in to, chillin with my godkids and my family and just hanging out."

Although he is heavily involved in everything he does, Lynch admits that he does appreciate having his personal life stay out of the limelight.

"I like my privacy to be respected," he admitted to us. "I think that's something they don't know because they don't pay attention to it."
