James Caan's soon-to-be ex-wife Linda has filed her response to the actor's petition for divorce—and where he wanted joint custody of their 16-year-old son Jacob, she wants primary physical custody, with visitiation rights or her ex, according to court documents filed Jan. 23 and obtained by E! News.
The 74-year-old Caan filed for the split on Jan. 8, his third time filing for divorce from Linda in 10 years, so the grain of salt is still in play. They're also parents to 19-year-old son James together, but Jacob remains the only minor in the family.
