DimensionSalma Hayek appears to be aging backwards in the trailer for her latest project, Everly.
The stunning 48-year-old kicks some serious ass in the upcoming thriller, which is slated for a Feb. 27 release date, and even wards off intruders in her bra and underwear—because sometimes you just can't plan for life's events, amirite?
And while we have no problems watching Hayek battle the bad guys in action-packed flicks, we would love to see an Ugly Betty reunion in the works!
E! News spoke with Hayek (who produced the hit series) at the Toronto International Film Festival and toyed with the idea of the ensemble getting together for one last go.
"I would love to," she told us, adding that the show had "such a special place in my heart."
But unfortunately, Hayek shared that she doesn't think a reunion show is in the works any time in the near future. What gives?!
She also shared with us that she's become especially picky about which projects she chooses to sign on with.
"I wish I did more things or I spent some of that time meditating, doing yoga or doing some of the things I know I need…I'm always doing too many things like most of us…so at night sometimes I don't want to think and I find that I'm watching films just because I want them to entertain me and I want to escape."
