Jewelry Expert Weighs In on Usher’s Fiancée’s Massive Diamond Engagement Ring—Get the Scoop!

First comes love, then comes a massive, oval-shaped diamond sparkler!

We now know that Usher is engaged to his longtime ladylove and business partner Grace Miguel, who the singer has reportedly been dating since 2009. But now we want all the details on that ring! Miguel was spotted out and about in New York City on Jan. 22, sporting skinny jeans, jade green booties and a chic navy coat—and also showcasing her stunning engagement bling.

E! News caught up with Morgan Shara of Masbisjoux Jewelry to get the scoop on Grace's new diamond.

"From afar it looks like a beautiful antique setting. The diamond looks very spread out and large [in the photo]. It could be 8 carats," Shara said. "It appears to have beautiful ornate details on the outside. It's hard to tell if there is gold detail or diamonds around the [ring], but the diamond does appear to be set in yellow gold. Beautiful ring!"

As for how much this level of bling might set you back? Shara suggests that Grace's ring could have cost "anywhere from $100,000, and go way up," depending on its ancillary features. Ooo la la!

The one thing that is for certain: Usher got his gal a gorgeous rock.
