The curtain is coming down for a final time, as American Horror Story: Freak Show is coming to a close. The fourth season of the hit FX anthology series is wrapping its bleak season with quite a high body count. What started with fun pop numbers is ending with spilled guts, murderous Emmy winners and lots of butts.

So, who's left standing from Fraulein Elsa's Cabinet of Curiosities and what's the likelihood anybody will make it out of this season alive? Let's break it down, shall we?

Sam Lothridge/FX

Elsa Mars (Jessica Lange)

Current status: Sold her freak show, fled to the West Coast to make it big in Hollywood.

Chances of survival: We know she eventually lands a Life magazine cover in 1958, as seen by Pepper when she's in Briarcliff years later. But that doesn't mean we won't see her demise in the big finale...

Frank Ockenfels/FX

Bette and Dot Tattler (Sarah Paulson)

Current status: The twins lost their virginity to Chester and have been hanging around the freak show with no outside threat directly targeting them...until Dandy bought them. They helped Elsa get away.

Chances of survival: High, because Sarah Paulson is almost always triumphant in American Horror Story.

FX

Desiree Dupree (Angela Bassett)

Current status: She was last seen leading the charge to kill Elsa.

Chances of survival: Something tells us Desiree and her three boobs may get a happy ending...but her thirst for blood may work against her.

FX

Jimmy Darling (Evan Peters)

Current status: He just got new wood claws from Elsa's beloved doctor.

Chances of survival: High. Every story needs a hero, maybe Jimmy will rise to the occasion as leader and vanquish Dandy.

FX

Dandy Mott (Finn Wittrock)

Current status: He's the new owner of the freak show.

Chances of survival: Not very high.

FX

Dell Toledo (Michael Chiklis)

Current status: Dead, shot by Elsa.

Ethel Darling (Kathy Bates)

Current status: Dead, killed by Elsa with a knife threw the brain.

Gloria Mott (Frances Conroy)

Current status: Dead at the hands of her own son. Also can we talk about how underused Frances Conroy was this year? Because from Myrtle Snow to this...well, we're not happy.

Maggie Esmerelda (Emma Roberts)

Current status: Dead. She was sawed in half on stage by Chester.

Stanley (Denis O'Hare)

Current status: Limbless and imprisoned. The freak show had turned him into the new Meep.

Chances of survival: Slim to none.

FOX

Pepper (Naomi Grossman)

Current status: Living with her sister before heading to Briarcliff as seen earlier this season.

Chances of survival: She'll live until Asylum and aliens and what not.

Amazon Eve (Erika Ervin)

Current status: Alive and ready to kill Elsa.

Chances of survival: Good, probably.

Salty (Christopher Neiman)

Current status: Dead.

Penny (Grace Gummer)

Current status: Alive, angry and the such.

Chances of survival: She'll probably die.

Michele K. Short/FX

Paul the Illustrated Seal (Mat Fraser)

Current status: Alive, despite Elsa's attempts to kill him.

Chances of survival: Something tells us he's about to buy the farm. That's a saying, right?

Ma Petite (Jyoti Amge)

Current status: Dead, thanks to Dell.

Legless Suzi (Rose Siggins)

Current status: Alive.

Chances of survival: This is anybody's guess.

Michele K. Short/FX

Twisty (John Carroll Lynch)

Current status: Dead. Still super creepy.

Regina Ross (Gabourey Sidibe)

Current status: Dead, killed by Dandy's police officer flunky.

Dora Ross (Patti LaBelle)

Current status: Dead, killed by Dandy.

Chester Creb (Neil Patrick Harris)

Current status: In jail?

Chances of survival: He's already forgotten about.

Massimo Dolcefino (Danny Huston)

Current status: Alive. He just made Jimmy's new hands.

Chances of survival: Um, good? Will he even be around in the finale?

See who survives this Wednesday! American Horror Story: Freak Show airs tonight at 10 p.m. on FX.
