The world changed this morning. You probably felt it happen. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate Middleton, as well as Prince Harry, have joined Twitter.

They now have an official Twitter account to tweet from, shared by all three of them. And while the Twitter will probably mostly be used to promote their charity work and chronicle their world travels and undoubtedly it's run by someone other than those three, we're finger-crossing and praying that we get at least one or two selfies and at least five emojis before this year is through.

Mostly, Twitter users from around the globe welcomed them with open arms after their first tweet. And then there were those who used their opportunity to send their very first royal message to ask them to play Xbox and to test the romantic waters with Harry. We call those people our heroes:

Is that too much to ask?! Real question: who is she directing this toward: Harry, William or Kate?

We would always swipe right for Harry. ALWAYS.

This is a confusing photo. And where are her shoes?!

Is there a follow limit for Twitter we are not aware of? But the decision to turn notifications on is a bold choice, let's see how it works out for her.

Seriously, get on the Book. We want to send you Candy Crush requests.

That is an achievement you put on a resume.

What about selfie tips and family blow drying?

And thus, the most intense and international round of this kindergarten game began.

Is this youth terminology for something scandalous? Hello, we're old.

We had to share this one. Perfect first tweet is perfect.

Is there some kind of underground pigeon racing conspiracy in London that we're not aware of?

You can ask your royals anything in the world and this is what you went with? Awesome. We want to hang out with this guy.

What IS in his wallet?

If you had put 116 exclamation points instead of only 115, we would actually believe you were excited. Also, Chewdacris is the best Twitter name ever, right?

Because there is no ironic emoji.

We certainly feel awkward about this.

That is the dream.

There's cake?!

If Prince Harry isn't live-tweeting episodes of the Great British Bake Off, then what is he even doing with his life?

Plot twist.

He's not wrong.

Welcome to the Twitter-sphere, you three! Hope you're ready.

P.S.: The royals are on Instagram now, too! Bring on the Prince George pics!
