Six seasons and movie might actually come true for Community fans...by the skin of their teeth!

Ever since Yahoo saved the canceled show (after NBC finally gave it the ax, despite its passionate fanbase), we've been anxiously awaiting any news on when the revived comedy would premiere. Now we have our answer, and it's actually a lot sooner than you think!

Mark your calendars...Yahoo just announced that Community season six will premiere on Yahoo Screen on March 17.

The site will premiere two new episodes that day, with one new episode debuting every Tuesday after that. Pop, pop!

Check out a hilarious teaser video from the cast announcing the premiere date and more above!

Did you catch Paget Brewster in that clip? She's not the only new face joining the Greendale gang this season.

"Paget Brewster and Keith David are tremendous [new cast members], other than Paget being attractive and Keith's voice sucks," Joel McHale joked during Yahoo's 2015 TCA Winter Press Tour panel.

Executive producer Dan Harmon elaborated a bit more on who they would be playing.

"[Paget's] character is something of a machine," Harmon revealed. "She's a very nuanced character. You have to be careful about bringing two new characters into a show. How do you make them feel like classic Community characters? They start as two-dimensional roles and you let the actors and writers discover very specific details about them."

He continued, "On the surface, she's a problem solver. She doesn't abide nonsense and is a very effective person. She's been hired to wrangle the problems at Greendale and fix them. Keith's character on the surface is a computer programmer, but he wasted a lot of time on virtual reality technology in the '90s and sacrificed a lot of his personal life."

Expect both Brewster and David's characters to become "fully fleshed out" and real as the season goes on.

So is season six going to be the final season, or is the cast and creative team behind Community confident in their new home at Yahoo?

"I'm not writing this as if it's the end," Harmon said. "I'm very naïve about how these things work so I just stick with a very sixth-grade mentality about it. This show has lived by the sword of the very intimate relationship it has with the fans and it needs to die by that sword. I would never feel very comfortable walking away from any version of Community that exists."

Of course, Harmon knows that Community can't last forever (though the fans would love nothing better!), and nothing is set in stone with Yahoo.

"It'll be weird when we actually get canceled by the Internet," Harmon joked.

Gillian Jacobs then jumped in with a worst-case scenario idea: "We could be a Snapchat show!"

And with a lot of the original cast members not returning for the new season (Yvette Nicole Brown, Chevy Chase, Donald Glover), does the show feel different to the cast or crew?

"It doesn't seem weird to us," Harmon said. "It certainly doesn't feel sad!"

McHale, agreed, adding, "It's almost the norm for us now in a weird way."

And Jacobs argued that theirs is hardly the only show to lose main cast members. "Parks and Rec lost people," she said.

"Yeah, Rob Lowe died three years ago!" McHale joked.

But Harmon notes there are no hard feelings over losing (most) of their departed cast members, though he wouldn't reveal whether or not Shirley might show up this season.

"Surprises will be surprises," Harmon said cryptically.

Community returns on Tuesday, March 17 on Yahoo Screen. Don't miss McHale every Friday at 10 p.m. on E!'s The Soup.
