Leave it to Ellen DeGeneres to make her mani cam debut sans a speck of nail polish!
"I've never done the mani cam…for a reason," Portia de Rossi quipped as E!'s Giuliana Rancic prompted her and Ellen to make their first mani cam appearance ever. Ellen then dipped one—but really, only one!—digit in front of our famous finger catwalk.
"How's that one? That okay? That's the only one that looked good. And usually we get manicures," Ellen said, gesturing to wife Portia—who was more than a little finger-shy when it came to getting in front of the cam.
"I think you are my first refusal," Giuliana told Portia. "Ellen gave me one finger and you gave me nothing!"
The adorable couple made a chic red carpet appearance together—Ellen in a white suit from her upcoming clothing line and Portia sporting a punchy cobalt Zuhair Murad jumpsuit (a look that was trend of all trends for the night).
Meanwhile, Sarah Hyland took to the red carpet with noticeably more glam nails than her red carpet predecessors. The reason? Her mani were still party-ready from ringing in the New Year!
"These are for my New Year's [look]! I had a Gatsby-themed New Year's," Hyland said. "They had the black and the gold and silver foil."
