Giada De Laurentiis may have said that her divorce would be amicable, but reports say it's exactly the opposite. But don't worry, Giada is clarifying everything.

Star magazine released a story that claimed the Food Network star cheated on her husband with the likes of John Mayer and even co-worker Bobby Flay. But the restaurateur apparently has had enough of the hearsay because she slammed the rumors to Gossip Cop.

"I have never ever been romantically involved with John Mayer. I met him twice at least 5 or 6 years ago at public events along with hundreds of other people," Giada told the site of the alleged affair. "The small amount of face time with John was in rooms filled with other attendees at these events. I have not seen or even heard from him since. The allegation of an affair was a fabrication back in 2010 and remains so today."

She announced her split after 11 years of marriage to Todd Thompson via Facebook, where she said that they would always remain on "connected paths." They share a daughter named Jade.

Giada, who opened her first restaurant in Las Vegas over the summer, also slammed the rumors regarding Flay and the Today show host.

"My long-time friendships with my co-workers...are exactly that — long-time friendships. There has never been a romantic relationship with these two men."

The magazine's story also alleged that on Dec. 10 Giada had an "outburst" at the Standard Hotel in New York City over a supposed "leak" and thoughts that three men were going to blackmail her with the cheating allegations, but according to Giada herself, this couldn't be true because she wasn't even at the hotel that day.

"I was not at the Standard Hotel on December 10th. I was on an early morning flight back to Los Angeles, and I have not stayed at the Standard Hotel for at least the last few years."

As for those pesky "three men," that also isn't true. She told the site, "This is a complete fabrication. There are no men out there making any such claims, and I have never been contacted by anyone."

Consider the air cleared.
