Even though it's impossible not to stare at Jennifer Lopez's insanely ripped eight pack, try to also notice her arm exercises. Anderson gets distracted by Lena Dunham's book Not That Kind of Girl, but Lopez keeps her arm pumping.

After Hugh Jackman challenges his friend Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson to also workout in the early morning hours, the actor shows off his huge muscles while doing a quick set of  bicep curls.

Common puts his arms into action with this battle rope exercise. The fast movement activates his entire upper body. Plus, the fact he's standing on a half-moon increases his core engagement. The rapper captioned his Instagram video with a good reminder for all of us, "This is the only body you get, might as well take care of it."
