Oops...

Taylor Swift lost her footing as she walked down a flight of stairs and greeted fans near a stage at the annual New Year's Rockin' Eve event, where she performed her new hits in front of an estimated million people who packed Times Square in New York City to ring in 2015.

As seen in a Vine video captured by a spectator, the 24-year-old, who wore a sparkling crop top, black tights with a light vertical stripe, black high-heeled boots and a silver, sparkling blazer despite below-freezing temperatures, tripped and fell down, then recovered quickly (she, well, shook it off).

Swift later removed her jacket and performed on stage two singles from her 2014 album, 1989—"Welcome to New York" and her anti-haters anthem "Shake It Off"—and rang in 2015 on top of a platform at the annual New Year's Rockin' Eve event with main host Ryan Seacrest, the country duo Florida Georgia Line and reggae fusion group Magic!, who also performed at the event.

Seacrest also gave Swift his coat to keep her warm.

"Are you not freezing?" the host asked her.

"I'm absolutely freezing. This was the wrong choice," she replied. "Are you stripping? This is a family show. My God. This is so inappropriate!"

While scores of people in the crowd, including Seacrest's co-host Jenny McCarthy and her husband Donnie Wahlberg, were shown kissing, the singer was seen dancing as Frank Sinatra's "New York, New York" was played. She also hugged Florida Georgia Line's Brian Kelley and swayed along to the music with Seacrest.
