It's a Christmas miracle!

Kelly Clarkson didn't spend her Saturday morning getting ready for her Miracle on Broadway charity concert in Nashville that night—she spent it in the emergency room, People reports.

"Y'all, I spent all morning in the ER!" she told the crowd. "But don't worry. They gave me a shot of B12, and I'm feeling great and so excited to be here!"

She didn't mention the reason for her visit.

She wasn't the only one amped to be performing. The "Stronger" singer was joined by Reba McEntire, Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, Kix Brooks, Ronnie Dunn, Charles Esten, Meghan Trainor, Kacey Musgraves, Martina McBride and Paramore's Hayley Williams.

Her first partner on stage however, wasn't any of those performers! Instead, she brought 6-month-old daughter River Rose up with her and introduced her to a packed Bridgestone Arena.

"Isn't she just the cutest?" Clarkson gushed. "This is her first Christmas and her first Christmas dress and I just had to bring her out here to show her off. I've probably scarred her for life!"

The sold-out concert benefitted four Nashville non-profits. Clarkson performed several of her songs from her 2013 album, Wrapped in Red. She even revealed to the audience that the album's titular song was written for now-husband Brandon Blackstock.

"I had been single a long time and this song was my 'I'm going to do it' moment, my way of saying 'I'm all in.'"

She also performed with some of the other guest artists and even teamed up for a megacover of "Silent Night" with McEntire and Yearwood. McEntire is also Clarkson's mother-in-law, and she couldn't help but gush over her extremely talented daughter-in-law.

"All you young girls out there who want to be a singer, Kelly is one to follow. She's not only a great singer, she has the biggest heart I know. She is a true role model and I'm so proud of her."

The total proceeds from the concert totaled to $400,000.
