Adrienne Bailon and the Kardashian sisters may have engaged in some nasty verbal ping-pong over the summer, but the former Cheetah Girl insists she holds no grudge against the famous reality family.

"I never meant any harm with anything I said," Bailon told me at Rihanna's Diamond Ball, also attended by Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner.

The Real co-host went on to gush, "They're great girls."

The feud began when Bailon told Latina magazine in July that she thought her reputation was hurt by being associated with the Kardashians after dating Rob Kardashian.

"To be stuck with that Kardashian label, that was so hurtful to me and to my career," the "Big Spender" singer said. "I probably realized that too late—not that it would've affected my decisions in terms of who I dated, but it would've affected my decision to appear on the show."

"At the time, I didn't think anyone would even care," she continued. "To this day, people will still say, 'You ruined Rob's life!' And I'll think, 'Damn, I was still playing with Barbie dolls when I met him.'"

Kim Kardashian shot back with a tweet, writing on Twitter, "Funny how she says being with a Kardashian hurt her career yet the only reason she has this article is bc she is talking about a Kardashian," Kim wrote.

She added, "#LetItGoooooLetItGoooooo (FROZEN VOICE)." In her third and final tweet, she said, "So sad when people try to kick my brother when he is down #FamilyForever."

Bailion insisted to me that "it wasn't anything about the Karadashian name.

"I think they're amazing people," the 3LW singer said. "For more, I just didn't want to be known as anyone's girlfriend. That could have been anyone's girlfriend for that matter. I wanted to be for the hard work I've been doing since I was 15 years old."
