Victoria's Secret model Candice Swanepoel is No. 3, while Miranda Kerr, a former spokesmodel for the luxury lingerie brand, placed fourth and fellow supermodel Kate Moss is No. 5.
This marks Jenner's debut on the list. The 19-year-old model had earlier this year walked runways of top designers such as Diane Von Furstenberg, Chanel and Dolce & Gabbana during Fashion Weeks in New York, Milan and Paris. She has a massive fan following on all social media sites, mainly due to the success of her family's long-running reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians. She and her sisters are very active on Twitter and Instagram, as is Delevingne, 22.
Jenner had this year made her debut inside the pages of fashion magazine Vogue's September 2014 issue, which featured Delevingne in a group shot on its cover. Jenner is also featured in the outlet's December 2014 issue and had appeared on two September 2014 covers of Teen Vogue.
Also this year, Jenner graced the covers of outlets such as Love magazine, which featured her topless and posing in lingerie for sexy, Christmas-themed photos with the model. She also posed topless for Interview magazine.
Earlier this month, Jenner scored a major spokesmodeling deal—she was named the face of posh cosmetics brand Estée Lauder, which dubbed her a "fashion muse."
In 2013, when Delevingne topped Tumblr's list of most reblogged models, Kerr was No. 2, Swanepoel was third, Barbara Palvin was fourth and Francisco Lachowski was fifth. Moss was No. 6.
This year, Palvin came in sixth, while Lachowski did not make the cut. Alexa Chung makes her debut on the 2014 list as No. 7.
Jenner and Delevingne are good friends. Earlier this month in London, the latter model won the title of 2014 Model of the Year at the British Fashion Awards. She and Jenner were spotted there hanging out alone (as seen in the photo above) and with other celebs, such as Rita Ora and Harry Styles from One Direction.
Earlier this week, Jenner and Delevingne hung with Taylor Swift and spent the night at her apartment, E! News had learned.
Also this week, Jenner and Swift helped put up holiday decorations inside the home of another friend, model Gigi Hadid, while Delevingne attended a 25th birthday dinner for the singer.
Jenner and Delevingne have also walked a runway together. Here they are modeling designs from Chanel Metiers's 2014/15 d'Art collection at the Paris-Salzburg fashion show in Austria on Dec. 2.
