Danish artist Uwe Max Jensen used his penis to paint a portrait of Kim Kardashian's butt-baring Paper magazine cover. He posted multiple pictures of the painting to his Facebook page and Twitter feed and also shared NSFW photos of the creative process on his blog.
"I have my penis in one hand and the canvas in the other," he told the Daily Dot in a phone interview. "I have a very skilled penis, art-wise."
When using this particular tool, though, size does matter! "It is hard to do an entire canvas using only one's 'natural brush,'" the artist told the Copenhagen Post. "If one is ill-equipped, it is difficult to reproduce the small details, but if one is well-endowed, it is easier to produce a better painting."
Interpret that as you will. Jensen, who cited Andy Warhol and Japanese artist Shigeko Kubota as inspirations, tried to explain why he used his you-know-what to create the portrait. "My penis is an organ. I need it to reproduce, and for sex and joy," he told the Daily Dot. "But I can also use it in my art, and that's joyful for me on more levels."
So why was Kanye West's wife Jensen's choice of subject? "I saw this picture of Kim Kardashian and this very impressive behind she has, and I thought, 'This must be portrait number two,'" he said.
This is Jensen's second penis portrait—the first was of a Danish politician. The artist told the Daily Dot he sent an image through Facebook of the final product to the politician, who blocked him immediately thereafter.
Kim has yet to comment (publicly, at least) about the latest, most lewd homage to her butt so far.
