While Cody Simpson and Gigi Hadid have gone back in forth with their official relationship status, the twosome appeared to be cute as ever in a throwback picture just posted on the singer's Twitter.
"Out in NYC in Onesies with lady @GigiHadid," he tweeted. "Cruisey."
Just last month, the twosome celebrated One Piece New York's Popup store afterparty. Bella Hadid and Angela Simmons were also in attendance to celebrate the fashion brand known to combine comfort and confidence.
Although Gigi and Cody broke up earlier this year, E! News has learned the young couple is giving love another chance. "They are trying to make it work," a source close to Simpson told E! News.
It was clearly evident when the two were "inseparable" during Just Jared's Homecoming Dance presented by Ever After High.
The model and singer arrived together and stayed by each other's sides throughout the night as they danced and mingled with BFFs including Kendall Jenner.
Romance rumors aside, Simpson is also trying to remain focused on his music. After enjoying a weekend in Nashville with Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger, the 17-year-old is teasing fans about new music coming really soon.
"Wrote some great music today in Nashville. Excited to be writing here this week, cool scene," he tweeted. "Will hopefully check out some live music too."
He added, "new music on its way from #Nashville." We can't wait!
