Miranda Lambert is talking about her hot body!

In the latest issue of Marie Claire, the county star dishes about her 20-pound weight loss.

"When you have to walk out there in front of thousands of people, it does feel good to know that your s--t's not jiggling," the 31-year-old singer told the mag. "I'm just like anybody else, insecure and scared of looking bad or being criticized. But everybody's making this big, giant thing about it. It's way too much focus on women's bikini photos, and I hate it. Why do we care? I want women to love themselves whatever they've got going on."

Lambert debuted her slimmer bod about one year ago. Last November, she revealed to E! News, "You know what, I fluctuate all the time in my weight—it's really annoying—but I'm going to be 30 in like four days, so I'm like, 'I need to get ahead of this thing!' Because they say when you hit 30 it doesn't get easier...So I thought, 'Well, you know, if I get a little healthier before I turn 30, maybe I can get ahead of the game.'"

Meanwhile, Lambert also opened up to Marie Claire about her marriage to hubby Blake Shelton. "I'm not sunshine and roses. Blake's the happiest person on the planet. He pulls me out of my darkness," she dished. "Literally everything is the best about being married."

And in addition to her changing figure, Lambert says she's also learned to lighten up psychologically. "I'm always anxious," she said. "I will worry myself into oblivion. I was trying to make everything regimented, and it caused too much stress. I learned everything doesn't have to be perfect. That sometimes it's OK to say, 'I don't want to be the boss today. I have PMS. Bother someone else.' I like things better flawed anyway."
