Watch: Tori Spelling Tells All on Family Feud

On last night's True Tori, viewers saw Tori Spelling feeling overwhelmed by stress as she anxiously awaits for the arrival of Candy Spelling and husband Dean McDermott's ex-wife, Mary Jo Eustace, at her daughter Hattie's third birthday party.

"My mom and I have a really complicated relationship. We see each other when it's appropriate for the children," Spelling tells the cameras, alluding to the tension between the mother-daughter duo.

The revealing episode, coupled with Spelling's cryptic comments when she was recently hospitalized for bronchitis and sinusitis, have caused many to speculate that there is a major feud brewing between Tori and Candy, but when the blond beauty stopped by E! News on Tuesday, she opted to set the record straight, spilling on the current status of her relationship with her mother.

"There's definitely not a feud. And out of respect for the relationship and because it's my mom, I don't want to get into details," she admitted.

In October, Spelling shared a photo while she was in the hospital and paired the image with a caption which read "This sick in hospital I finally see how quickly life can take it all away frm you. We all need 2 step up frm inside& go 4 it! W/our friends by our side. Sadly I've finally faced truth that 1 person will never be there 4 me #TrueTori."

Tori's tweet led many to believe the "1 person" she is referencing is her mother, and during a recent appearance on Today, she hinted that speculation was indeed true (although she chose to stay mum on the specific details).

"It's not something I'm willing to get in to out of respect, but nothing happened in the hospital," Tori told Kathie Lee Gifford. "So, you didn't hear from her or anything?" Hoda Kotb continued, pressing for more.

"No," Tori admitted.

In May, Candy seemingly reignited her apparent feud with Tori when she wrote about her strained relationship with her daughter in her memoir Candy At Last

"I am by no means saying that I am the perfect mother now or I didn't make mistakes when my children were growing up. In therapy I learned that I was passive-aggressive and that I also had poor communication skills," Candy wrote in the book. "Having said that, I also believe that there comes a time when you have to stop blaming your parents. I have learned from my own journey that at some point you have to take responsibility for your own actions and attitudes."

As for the current status of Tori's relationship with her mother?

"I don't want to make it a she said, she said," she told E! News before admitting, "But, um, there's not currently much of a relationship."
