The 2014 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is another story!
The 1989 artist, employed once again as a headliner for the annual wings 'n' Fantasy Bra extravaganza, was doing lingerie her own way—retro-classy and somehow even somewhat modest—tonight at Earl's Court in London before taking to the runway to perform.
Taylor of course donned a variety of looks, starting with a beaded minidress by one of her go-to faves, J. Mendel, for the pink carpet. Then for her first lingerie look, the 24-year-old opted for high-waist satin shorts (no belly button, of course) and a full-coverage lace bra under a long-sleeve lace chemise that boasted a dramatic train.

Taylor sang "Style" and changed into a light-pink satin nightie and matching lace and satin robe, completing the look with a Pave Angel Wing Pendant Necklace by Finn Jewelry and maribou-trimmed heels. How retro-boudoir chic!
Fellow performer Ed Sheeran also looked to be having the time of his life backstage, posing with Taylor and a bunch of Victoria's Secret Angels, all still in their robes.
"Ed is quite popular with the ladies," Karlie teased in her Instagram caption.
Ariana Grande, also set to sing tonight, scored a matching Angel robe and got cozy with models Behati Prinsloo, Sara Sampaio and more before the big show.
"Oh my God she couldn't be cuter. @arianagrande," Taylor also snuggled up to her new pal—who almost surely will be part of the cookie-baking rotation at Swift's place now.
Taylor later covered up—kinda, sorta—in a long-sleeve white silk Zuhair Murad evening gown with a crystal-embellished sheer bodice and an up-to-there slit that showed off her model-length stems.
