Didn't score an invite to your favorite celebrity's Thanksgiving dinner? No worries!

In the weeks leading up the holiday, stars including Carson Daly, Ashlee Simpson and Josh Duhamel revealed to E! News how the were planning to spend Turkey Day. Before taping an episode of NBC's The Voice, Daly told Ali Fedotowsky that he'll be preparing his main dish two different ways. "I'm doing a 16-lb. turkey in the oven and I'm going to deep-fry a 19-lb. turkey," Today's Orange Room anchor said. Because his jobs require him to travel cross-country, the engaged father of three was looking forward to family time. "I'm so displaced these days between New York and L.A. All my family's in L.A. now for The Voice. There are 30 of us. They're all going to be at my house, in a rental, and we're going to burn the place down with an electric fryer, probably!" Daly joked.

On a more serious note, he added, "We're so excited to all be together."

"I'm gonna try to [cook]," the "La La" singer told Terrence Jenkins at The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 premiere in L.A. "I do green bean casserole, a broccoli rice casserole—I can do all the casseroles! I'm from Texas." Simpson also called her husband an "amazing" cook, saying, "You make really spicy food."

During a recent set visit with Duhamel, Jesse Giddings learned that Americans and Canadians celebrate Thanksgiving a little differently. So, how will the actor, his wife Fergie and their son Axl spend the day? "I'm not going to be cooking. My mom's going to be cooking this year," the actor said. "We're going back to North Dakota...My mom is the best cook. My mom is unbelievable at Thanksgiving. She's very traditional. We call her 'Bonnie Stewart' because she's like Martha Stewart's long lost sister."
