The Modern Family star is the face of #LaughOutLouder, a fundraising campaign for Love Is Louder.

Benefit Cosmetics will be donating $1 to Love Is Louder when anyone posts a funny face photo on Twitter or Instagram or retweets or reposts one with the #LaughOutLouder hashtag.
Love Is Louder was started by the Jed Foundation and Pitch Perfect star Brittany Snow and her best friend Courtney Knowles to help anyone dealing with issues like bullying, body image, abuse and depression.
The 48-hour #LaughOutLouder initiative kicks off on the third annual Giving Tuesday, Dec. 2.
As the saying goes, laughter is the best medicine. "Hasnt everyone [used laughter]? Hyland says. "Especially if you're a woman—every teenage girl needs laughter because it's the end of the world tomorrow."
Hyland certainly was laughing this weekend. She celebrated her 24th birthday with a star-studded bash at the Los Angeles home of her manager Richard Konigsberg and his designer partner Craig Olsen.
"The whole team at @therealsarahhyland's 24th birthday soirée last night," Taylor Swift captioned an Instagram post with three Polaroid pictures featuring Ellie Goulding, Kelly Osbourne, Hailee Steinfeld and Lorde.
Also there were High School Musical's Vanessa Hudgens and Shameless star Cameron Monaghan.
Hyland wore a stunning red dress and a tiara, which was given to her as a gift. At one point, everyone gathered around a piano to sing show tunes.
"I had the best night last night!!!!!" Hyland wrote on an Instagram pic showing the presentation of her birthday cake. "Thank you to all who came!!! I love you all!"
