The stylish star was photographed for the first time since becoming a mom on Monday. The actress, 33, and her longtime love, Hayden Christensen, 33, welcomed daughter Briar Rose Christensen on Oct. 29. The Jumper co-stars kept their little girl's arrival secret until Nov. 6. "Both mother and baby are healthy and doing well," her rep told E! News. "They are asking for privacy and subscribe to the No Kids Policy."
The Hart of Dixie actress has been out of the spotlight since giving birth, while a solo Christensen has been photographed one other time, during a dinner with pals at the Beverly Glen Center in Bel Air, Calif.
For Monday's outing, a beaming Bilson wore a leopard print Zoe Karssen cardigan over an all-black look. The former O.C. star wore her hair in a braid and accessorized with a coral clutch, metallic sandals and sunglasses. After running a few errands with her man, the first-time mom picked up lunch to-go at Tender Greens.
Bilson has yet to speak publicly about parenthood, but it's likely a dream come true.
"I've always wanted to be a mom," she told Health magazine earlier this year. "I have always wanted kids. I can just see this little toddler waddling around the house."
Bilson and Christensen got engaged in December 2008 but called it off in August 2010, only to reconcile three months later. "I've been in my relationship for seven years, so we've grown up together in a way," Bilson told Health. "This is my partner, my support, just there for me no matter what. And vice versa."
The actress will need Christensen's support more than ever next year, as the fourth season of The CW's Hart of Dixie premieres on Jan. 9, 2015. Christensen, meanwhile, next appears in the movie American Heist.
