Looking good, Megan Hilty

The former Smash star, who gave birth to daughter Viola Philomena on Sept. 18, flaunted her slim post-baby bod on Thursday night when she stepped out for the New York flagship store opening of maternity line Seraphine (a brand also loved by Kate Middleton!) for the first time since welcoming her baby girl.

Attending the event sans her hubby Brian Gallager, Hilty, clearly, didn't waste any time to shed those post-baby pounds, flashing a beaming smile for photogs as she posed for pics in a fitted purple lace cocktail dress.

The 33-year-old Broadway beauty teamed her fancy frock with a pair of high-heeled peep-toe pumps and kept her accessories minimal, adding a simple gold necklace while wearing her blond locks down in a sleek style.

According to People, the actress didn't stay long at the event (presumably, so she could head home to her little one), but she couldn't hold back her post-baby bliss, admitting, "I feel great."

It should come as no surprise that Hilty has that new mom glow, considering the singer told E! News in June that she was looking forward to be a mom, but she was "most excited about him being a dad," she said, pointing to her hubby, "and to get to do this with the best partner in the world."

Hilty and her husband wed in November 2013 at the Venetian chapel in Sin City. "I love Vegas," she told E! News after her I-dos, "And I love The Palazzo and The Venetian, so we got married in The Venetian and stayed there for the weekend. It was a very intimate setting, we had our parents and our siblings—he's from New York and I'm from Seattle, so they met in Vegas."

Perhaps it's time for the new mom and dad to have a little getaway?
