Not everyone is a pro at strutting down the runway in giant golden angel wings, but Candice Swanepoel has got it down.

E! News caught up with the leggy beauty at a fitting for the upcoming Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, which airs Dec. 9 on CBS. This year's presentation is sure to be a hit: there is not one, but two Fantasy Bras to debut on the catwalk, modeled by Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio. The diamond-encrusted lingerie sets are valued at $2 million each.

As for Swanepoel, the VS Fashion Show veteran (and last year's coveted $10 million Fantasy Bra model) dished on everything from who she hopes to see perform to what she'll be grabbing to eat the moment she steps off the runway.

Here's what she shared with us:

Jennifer Cooper, E!

Do you have any predictions for who may be performing at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show? Who would you love to see?
I don't have any predictions because it's always such a surprise for us. Sometimes [it's] someone you would never think would perform so I don't guess. I would love Beyoncé to perform, really. I mean they always choose amazing artists and it's fun to walk to something different.

What's the hardest thing to do in preparation for this show?
The hardest thing is just working out and staying healthy. I get really nervous once it comes close to the show so I just have to stay calm and do my best to enjoy the moment.

Do you do anything before you walk out on the runway?
Just before I walk out I have a moment to myself of just being quiet and getting my mind together—and I have to remind myself that the world will not end if I fall!

What exercises do you do to prepare for the show?
I've been with the same trainer since I started with Victoria's Secret so I do a lot of resistance training, boxing, and Pilates on the machine when I'm tired. But [it's] really just a balance of things—I don't do cardio or anything like that.

How is it backstage before the show with the girls?
It's such an extravaganza with all the girls backstage—it's quite a thing to experience. There's so much energy and anxiety going on and once it's all over you [think], "What just happened to me?"

After the show what goes on through your head?
After the show we just want to let loose, party and enjoy the moment! But once I get back to the hotel it's that time to just relax.

Any food you want to grab when the show is done and you can relax?
A really good burger but I don't have to cut too much out. People always ask "What's the first thing you're going to eat?"—but I'm just always healthy.
